The client in Brazil is a team of three engineers from a biological pesticide company in Brazil, who focus on the development of new biological pesticides.Biological pesticide is a preparation that uses Biological living organisms (fungi, bacteria, insect viruses, genetically modified organisms, natural enemies, etc.) or their metabolites (pheromones, auxin, naphthoacetic acid, 2, 4-d, etc.) to kill or inhibit agricultural harmful organisms.
Several advantages of biological pesticides:
①Biological pesticides are usually less toxic than conventional pesticides.
②They are highly selective, acting only on target pests and a small number of closely related organisms.It is harmless to humans, birds, other insects and mammals;
③Low residue, high efficiency.A very small amount of biological pesticides can be effective.And it usually breaks down quickly.The environmental pollution caused by traditional pesticides has been avoided as a whole.
④It does not easily develop resistance.Since the raw material of the customer is rice, it needs to be sterilized at a high temperature in the early stage to keep the rice in a completely sterile state.A specific fungal culture is then carried out on the rice, which is then dried at a low temperature.Baking at a low temperature of not more than 40 degrees.
We carried out high-temperature sterilization experiment through a 15KW tunnel machine.
The experimental results were compared by air energy heat pump dryer and vacuum microwave equipment.
In the first sterilization experiment, since the raw materials of the product can withstand high temperature and require complete sterilization, we used 90 ° c, 100 ° c and 110 ° c for sterilization test respectively. After 5 minutes’ walking through the tunnel machine, we took samples and vacuum-packed.
In the second low-temperature drying experiment, the key data indexes recorded by customers in vacuum microwave drying and heat pump drying are as follows:
1.Testing the weight of incoming rice.
2.Measuring the moisture content of exported rice.
3.Measuring inlet rice drying temperature.
4.Measuring rice temperature during drying process (must be less than or equal to 40 degrees).
5.Measuring the total drying time（The water content reaches 9% from the start of the equipment.
6.Photos (photos taken during the process, and attached to the rice after put into the oven, photos of the water content of the rice after drying)
7.Equipment photos and test parameters.
The experiment lasted for a day, and we recorded the relevant data.
The customer returned home with germicidal samples.About two weeks later, the customer reported that the sterilization effect was very good, and he was very satisfied with the effect of the previous quoted 30KW microwave tunnel sterilization machine.At the same time, we also gave feedback to customers on the experimental results of low-temperature baking;
For low temperature drying, heat pump oven is superior to vacuum microwave equipment.
This is because the temperature of an air-energy heat pump is easy to control. If the temperature of the vacuum microwave is very high at a certain point, then the ability of the whole point to absorb microwave is stronger, so there will be an instantaneous high temperature at a certain point.
Therefore, the temperature will be higher than 40 degrees, thus failing to meet the expected customer requirements;If the air energy heat pump is set at 40 degrees, the overall temperature of the heat pump will not exceed 40 degrees, which is obviously the more ideal choice.
Next, the customer said that they would first order 30KW microwave sterilization tunneling machine. For low-temperature baking machine, they need to discuss before making a choice.
